Delete your Life Captain account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. You don’t need the app for this.

Option 1: On this website (instant)

1. Log in with your mobile number (we send an OTP).
2. Open Dashboard → Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Enter the confirmation code we SMS you. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with the OTP.

Option 3: Ask us

If you can no longer receive SMS on your number, send a deletion request. We verify that you own the account and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, emergency contacts, medical information, tag settings and scan history
• SOS history, location history and evidence recordings
• Login sessions and devices. Your QR tags stop working immediately.

What we must keep

• Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. They are no longer linked to your profile.
• Security logs that contain no direct identifiers (hashed values) are kept for up to 1 year to prevent fraud.

Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
