SOS alerts, live location and scan notifications depend on things we do not control. These include mobile network coverage, internet connectivity, GPS accuracy, phone battery, operating-system restrictions (such as battery optimisation), your device settings, and third-party providers (SMS, push notifications, maps). Alerts can be delayed or may not be delivered.

Location shown on live-tracking pages is approximate. “Nearest police / hospital” links open Google Maps search results, which we do not verify.

Please test your SOS setup with your contacts. Keep your emergency contacts up to date, and keep the app allowed to run in the background.
